Medium Prizes (AU$1,000 - AU$10,000)
Paid via bank transfer after identity verification, processed within 10 business days
Major Prizes (Over AU$10,000)

In the event of a prize dispute, the decision of the official lottery operator is final and binding. We act as an intermediary and have no authority to override operator decisions regarding prize eligibility or payment.
